Boat has been well kept and is in excellent condition. Bottom is commercially cleaned once each quarter, and is in excellent condition.

We are the 4th owners of this boat and have owned it since Nov. 2006, which is also the date of the most recent survey by Eberly Marine Surveys. The 1st owner kept the boat in fresh water at Kerr Lake, NC, while the 2nd owner moved it to Oriental in late 1998. The owner prior to us purchased it in late 2001 or early 2002 and moved it to it's current location.

Why are we selling? Our work schedules allow us very little time to enjoy it.

Extra gear included

There is a long list of items included with the sale, as well as a list of items not included but negotiable. We will be happy to go over both lists with prospective buyers.

Also available with the sale, but not included in the asking price, is a 1994 - 10\' Zodiac C310 Cadet inflatable in excellent condition, and includes the original owner\'s manual, foot pump, oars & oarlocks, anchor & storage bag. 1994 - 8hp Mercury outboard in excellent condition, and includes the original owner\'s manual & maintenance manual plus a 3 gal fuel tank. The motor has a new impeller and carburetor overhaul kit installed in May 2008. We are the 2nd owners of both, and were purchased from the original owner, along with original receipts, who stated they both had approx. 100 hrs on them.

$1200 for both, in addition to the agreed upon price of the sailboat.
