Entering the starboard side main salon, the custom upholstered coconut colored seating for six is around the teak dining table which drops down to create a large sleeping area. The fill cushion is upholstered in the same custom fabric as the settee. Custom black and gold throw pillows and antique gold window treatments detail the cherry veneer cabinetry and nav station. The upper portholes, the lower port-lights and hatch give a bright, airy and open feel to this ample space with its 6’4” + headroom. A Sony CDX-L300 CD-R/RW stereo system provides music.
The port galley is brightly lit from two upper portholes and one lower port-light with custom antique gold window treatments. A four-burner Marine Force 10 LPG stove with oven and broiler is centrally located. The propane system was upgraded to US Coast Guard compliant. Aft from the stove is an under-counter, built-in, stainless steel Isotherm Cruise 200, side-by-side, 12v/110v refrigerator/freezer. The double stainless steel under-mount galley sink sits in the newly installed solid surface granite look-alike counter top in a beige background, peppered with brown, black and white flakes. A Scandvik Galley mixer in chrome runs pressurized hot and cold water from the three water tanks totaling a 225 gallon capacity. There is a foot pump and spigot for manual sea/rinse water at the sink. The hatch at the galley and opening port-lights provide plenty of natural light and refreshing breeze.
The vessel’s entire interior lighting was upgraded with Imtra marine fixtures.
A queen sized bed in the forward cabin with two hatches, custom lighting and custom designed bedding ensemble create a perfect resting area. New mattress cushioning was installed. The cherry cabinetry provides ample storage and seating both on starboard and port sides with custom cushioning in the main salon matching coconut fabric. The ensemble is in dessert pastels of green, gold and dusty rose.
The ensuite master head is a large shower with an overhead hatch. All new plumbing; ball valves, sanitation hose and head rebuild kits.
A starboard aft quarter cabin with double bed with tan ultra suede bolstered cushioning on outside wall has complete custom bed ensemble in blues, greens and tans. The cherry cabinetry provides storage and seating with a matching tan ultra suede cushion. Imtra marine lighting upgrade completed. Ensuite head with hand-held shower, porthole and plumbing upgrade.

The wetted surface of the hull was stripped completely for thorough gelcoat inspection. It was found to be in excellent condition, free of any blisters or de-lamination. Very minor (dime-sized or smaller) nicks were faired along with the keel, using the West System. After fairing, the entire surface was barrier coated using Interlux 1000 and 2000 products, then, finished with Interlux Micron 66 bottom paint. The re-application of Micron 66 has continued annually since, resulting in an absolutely beautiful bottom surface. New cutlass bearing and propshaft water seal at engine end were renewed. Rudder shaft bearings were replaced. All the keel bolts were replaced with new for preventive maintenance.
The boot stripe is done in a 2 color/3 stripe pattern of 1” gold over 4” of gloss black over a lower 1” gold on a white hull with a flat black bottom. The freeboard area shows very little wear and tear in its original white surface. She has received an annual buff and wax prior to each of its 4-5 month seasons in the water. She is stored on the hard for the rest of the year when not in use.
The deck is equipped with four Big B 10” X 26” black fenders with fender brackets and six black 5/8” New England Ropes mega braid nylon dock lines. A six person life raft is included. Two Lewmar 54, two speed self-tailing genoa winches and two Lewmar 40, two speed self-tailing halyard winches are mounted for ease of sail handling from the cockpit.
The deck has 7 hatches with custom mosquito screens (for the boat yard, at anchor or on a mooring) and two dorades. The Lofrans Tigres 1000w/12v electric windlass is loaded with a Delta primary anchor and a Brittany secondary anchor.
Profurl headsail roller furling with a Doyle genoa and a 2003 Doyle main sail in a black Sunbrella custom remake of the Doyle Easy Pack sail bag. There is a spinnaker pole mounted on the mast and the running rigging and stainless steel standing rigging is all original.
This sailing vessel is simply equipped with a Plastimo Compass, Autohelm Bidata depth, speed and log, and a Garmin GPS 126.
The electrical power onboard consists of a dedicated 12 volt battery for engine starting. The house bank consists of 4 Deka 6volt deep cycle batteries wired 2 each in series. The electrical system is a Mastervolt Mass Combi 12/2000-100 Amp inverter/charger 12/2000, a Mastervolt Battery Mate 16021C isolator, a Mastervolt charge regulator, a Mastervolt Remote Control Masterlink/MICC and a new 90 amp alternator.
Shore power cords and connectors for the 30 amp service and all wiring relative to the service and the Mastervolt system is a recent upgrade. Genset on board is a gas powered Honda EU 2000i portable unit.
Engine power is provided by a 56 horsepower Yanmar 4JH3E non-turbo 4-cylinder diesel engine with 3903 hours. The engine is in excellent condition and has received regular maintenance since new. Power transmission is through the factory Kanzaki unit which is also in excellent condition. Fuel is contained in a 53 gallon aluminum tank in excellent condition, clean and without leaks.
Regarding those items below the cabin sole, the bilge is very clean, dry and odor free. Overall the vessel is in exceptional condition and provides much more pleasure than need for service….she is truly a “pleasure craft.”
