Location of boat GA
The boat is sailed on Lakes
How the boat is used Weekends and longer

Liveaboard? No
Owner bought the boat in 2002
If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again? Yes, happy with the boat. Impressed with upwind ability.
Gear that's been added Stern pulpit seating similar to Cal 250.
Structural or complex improvements No, but would like to consider conversion to cutter rig for more sail options.
The boat's best features Speed, Upwind performance, exterior and interior layout.
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. Holding tank continues to spring leaks...dirty repair job!!
Sailing characterisitcs Sailed the boat from Key West to Ft. Pierce in weather conditions from 10 knots of fair weather through 30 knot winds in squalls. Impressed by combination of performance and stability.
