How the boat is used Weekends and longer

If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again? In a heartbeat!!!

Structural or complex improvements No.
The boat's best features Spacious accommodations and ease of sail.
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. The original solar panel has deteriorated and the manufacturer is out of business.
Sailing characterisitcs Fast. Although we spend most of our sail time in the bay, we have been in 34+ knot winds and 13'+ seas under sail in the open oceacn and she handles like a dream!
Motoring characterisitcs Plenty of power with Yanmar 34hp.
Liveability Exceptional, if my partner would, I would live aboard!
The owner's experience in dealing with Hunter (if any) The couple of times I've called, they have been most helpful.
The owner's experience with the boat dealer or broker, if any Make sure that under no circumstance that you use a surveyor recommended by a broker/dealer when buying a used boat.
