If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again? definitely  
Gear that's been added chartplotter,radar,autopilot,tv  
Structural or complex improvements none  
The boat's best features dry,roomy below decks,handles well in reverse.sails very well in light to moderate winds.  
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. cockpit not spacious,hood furler poor design,topside paint poor quality,lazarette supports had to be installed.must reef at 15kts.traveler sheets difficult to control-installed spec hardware.battery box flimsy had to be rebuilt aand rienforced.  
Sailing characterisitcs wonderful boat except on windy day in open ocean  
Motoring characterisitcs keep bottom clean and alls well forward and reverse  
Liveability great need a new matress
