The dish holder above the sink in our 380 has always bugged me because it was available space not used. This project, to install a glass holder was actually pretty easy. A 24 board fits perfectly over the teak handrail and overlaps the SS pole by 2. There are two 90 degree brackets on the far side that hold the board in place over the handrail and a simple U bolt over the SS pole.

We have foam inserts that we stick into the slats outside of the glass bases while underway to keep them from slipping out.
